The visualizations map projects to congressional districts based on publicly available government datasets and do not, by themselves, indicate wrongdoing. Contractor associations are drawn only from published investigative or official sources and should not be treated as authoritative or exhaustive. Flood Control records from SSP (Sumbong sa Pangulo), infrastructure listings from DIME (Database of Infrastructure Monitoring and Evaluation), procurement releases from PhilGEPS (Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System), and field submissions captured via the DPWH InfraWatch microsite are combined purely to show where projects fall within a congressman's district footprint. Coverage note: We are still processing congressional districts, and not all congressmen and district datasets are available yet. Congressman search currently reflects only the officials with available project caches while we ingest the remaining 2016–2025 records, so some filters may return limited or no matches and project-level data for certain names may still be in progress.
